Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates

Make sure to plan ahead to ensure you get all your holiday packages delivered on time! These holiday shipping cut-off dates are our best suggested dates to order by, based off Canada Posts holiday shipping guide. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas past these dates and cannot guarantee delivery dates on: standard shipping and expedited parcels, as these services do not have guaranteed delivery date service. It is the busiest time of year for postal services so please take in account possible delivery delays and plan ahead to get your gifts in time!

Duties & Taxes

All import taxes, duties and related customs fees that may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country are the responsibility of the Purchaser/Customer and will not be covered by Gratard. Please check with local customs prior to ordering.

Delivery Times

Gratard does not guarantee delivery dates at any time for orders outside of Canada. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders needed by a particular date please make sure to order well in advance to account for delivery delays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you (if available).

Shipping Terms

Gratard is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight couriers after they have been dispatched.

Gratard cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Gratard is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information and is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt.

All orders are shipped with the base level insurance associated with the selected shipping service. Priority™, Xpresspost™, and Expedited Parcel™ services (including Prepaid products) include up to $50 liability coverage against loss or damage. We recommend requesting the purchase of additional insurance on your orders of high value, as standard insurance may only cover a portion of your orders value in the event it is lost/ stolen during transit. Orders of high value will require a signature upon delivery. Oversized/ overweight packages and orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.
